At Spa Alita we are committed to creating an oasis where the stress of everyday life is left behind and your well-being is nurtured and protected. It is our goal to continually educate our clients in the latest trends and technologiefs in the health and beauty industry, and to expand these resources into a beautiful, attractive and quality service environment for all those in need of pampering...
What to Expect
Expect an awakening of the spirit and a feeling of inner well-being!
Upon your arrival, you will be greeted by one of our friendly beauty therapists who will provide you with one of our skin care evaluation forms. You will then be guided down to your treatment room, where your therapist will provide you with slippers, and a comfortable robe or gown. When you enter the room, your therapist will step outside, to allow you to undress. Your comfort is of the greatest importance to us. If there is some discomfort in removing your undergarments please undress to your own discretion. During your treatment you will be covered at all times, and your therapist will only expose the area that is to be treated.
Each treatment room has a large selection of soft music, for you to unravel yourself in while relaxing during your service. The volume can be adjusted for your own comfort. Enjoy the experience; explore with your thoughts or discuss any discomfort or special needs with your therapist.
Promptness
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Arriving late will deprive you of valuable time in the quality of your service, as your appointment will end as scheduled to ensure that our next guest is not delayed.
Consideration
The spa is a day of peace and tranquility and it would be respectful to others to refrain from using cellular phones or pagers. Please remember to turn off any of these devices upon entering the spa. Please try to walk and converse quietly while in the spa area. For your relaxation benefits and pleasure it is recommended that small children do not accompany you on your spa experience.
Gratuities
Menu prices do not include taxes or gratuities. In appreciation of our outstanding service, gratuities may be offered at your own discretion and are graciously accepted. Gift certificates do not include gratuities.
Your Therapist
At Spa Alita, we utilize the professional services of trained estheticians and spa therapist who are fully qualified and licensed. Our artists and technicians continually educate themselves and update their knowledge in latest trends from other experts in the industry.
Treatments
Teens, men and women can use most of the treatments provided. To help further assist you in making a decision among the splendid variety of treatments Spa Alita offers, * has been placed beside the treatment most preferred by our male clientele. Reservations/Cancellations
Reservations are recommended in advance and secured with your credit card or gift certificate number. We recommend that group/corporate reservations be booked well in advance to secure available space with our therapists.
Guest who do not honor their appointments will be charged a cancellation fee as follows:
- Failure to show 100% of the booked service
- Less than 24 hours notice 50% of the booked service
- More than 24 hours Service canceled at no charge
Please note: that prices are subject to change without notice.
Gift Certificate Policy
The gift certificate is considered a cash card and must be handed in at the front reception at the time of the client's visit. If the certificate is not present, then the service amount will be charged in full. Gift cards are non refundable!
